How long does shipping take?
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking 2–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. All LIGHT MY STYLE products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If you experience any issues, simply contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery via the courier’s tracking page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed less the original shipping/postage fee.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
